Carson Palmer has seemingly yet to recover from last season's playoff meltdown, and the Arizona offense has not hummed at its usual efficiency because of it. Russell Wilson has been hobbled and unable to take off and run with the football, which has affected how the rest of the offense operates. 
But the two teams' offenses have yet to live up to what people thought they might be. The Seattle defense is again arguably the NFL's best, while Arizona's has played well also. Six-plus weeks into the year, some things have gone according to plan and others have not. They were each expected to be among the best teams in the NFL yet again this season.
